As fans of GetGlue know, we have partnerships with almost every TV network. We decided to get all those partners together to host our first TV partner workshops. Where better to start than where our HQ is: NYC! The event was hosted in a super cool venue, the offices of Union Square Ventures. There was a fantastic turnout, nearly 40 marketers and executives from HBO, Showtime, Comedy Central, USA Network, and more.
Kimber Myers, our Senior Director of Partnerships, outlined all the cool new things partners can do to reward their fans, as well as how GetGlue drove 16% of social TV activity in March according to Trendrr.TV! Maya Harris, our Director of Business Development, explained more about our new Conversation Widgets, live chats with talent, and new integrations. The event was a huge success, and partners loved scooping up the GetGlue swag. :)
For our next event, Maya and Kimber jetted off to Los Angeles to meet with our west coast partners, including FOX, ABC, NBC, Warner Bros. Television, FX, ABC Family, and more. We hosted the workshop from the amazing space at the Mondrian in West Hollywood and kept our eyes peeled for celebrities. We saw plenty on the stickers we brought for partners, but none in the hotel.
We were excited to show some of the coolest GetGlue integrations from groups like The CW and FX. Our partners are doing amazing things with our technology, and we’re excited to see what’s next!

If you watch USA Network’s White Collar (and if you don’t, you should), you know that star Matthew Bomer’s trademark fedoras are a key element of the show’s fizzy, stylish appeal. USA Network is giving one lucky viewer of tonight’s episode who check-ins via GetGlue a hat worn by Mr. Bomer himself. How do you enter? Simply watch and check-in during the show’s airing at 10:00pm EST or PST.
Not only will checking-in during tonight’s episode net you a chance to win a cooler-than-cool fedora, but you can also join the Character Chatter hosted by Sharif Atkins, aka Clinton Jones. Join Sharif Atkins at 10/9c here and see what he has to say about filming the hit series.
Remember: be sure to watch the show at 10pm EST or PST and check-in during the airing for your chance to win Matthew Bomer’s fedora. Check out the official rules here.

Anyone can do a standard procedural or spy show, but USA Network’s “Characters Welcome” slogan means that viewers are in for anything but ordinary series when they tune in to the #1 basic cable channel. We’re excited to announce our partnership with USA for enough stickers to please even the most ardent fans of Burn Notice, Psych, White Collar, and Royal Pains.

By checking-in through our apps or our website, viewers can check-in to their favorite USA Network shows to earn Fan and Superfan stickers. We also have limited-time-only stickers for Gluers who check-in to the fall premieres of top-rated shows Psych (November 10 at 10/9c) and Burn Notice (November 11 at 10/9c), as if the return of the shows themselves wasn’t enough of a reward.
As always, check-in to your favorite shows through our apps or our website to earn exclusive rewards and connect with fellow fans. Be sure to follow us on Twitter @GetGlue for all the latest GetGlue news.
