TNT proves you don’t have to go to the multiplex for Spielbergian stories of alien invasion and fast-paced heist tales with its new series Falling Skies and returning favorite Leverage. Not only will watching these shows make your summers more interesting, but checking-in to them through our apps or our site will earn you stickers.
Executive-produced by Steven Spielberg, Falling Skies gets the action started this Sunday at 9/8c with its series premiere. It begins in the aftermath of a massive alien invasion that leaves a former history professor (Noah Wyle) struggling to survive and keep his family safe in the wake of the tragedy. But the war is just beginning, and a resistance group led by Captain Weaver (Will Patton) proves that humanity won’t go down without a fight.
Returning for its new season on June 26 at 9/8c (followed by Falling Skies), Leverage brings its talented heist team to Alaska to help a woman find her missing husband. The fun TNT series features Timothy Hutton, a strong cast, and a particularly active internet fan base, and it’s hard not to be charmed.
To earn stickers for these and other TNT series like Franklin & Bash and HawthoRNe, check-in through our apps and our website. To make sure you never miss a big announcement, follow us on Twitter and Like us on Facebook.
If you want the glamour and upscale style of Los Angeles, Southland isn’t the show for you. However, if you’re looking for a gritty crime drama that should appeal to fans of dearly departed The Wire and The Shield, then you should tune in to TNT on Tuesdays at 10/9c. Not only will you get a raw, realistic view of a city packed with fascinating characters, but you’ll also earn stickers when you check-in through our apps or our website.
TNT brands itself with the statement “We know drama,” and it’s clear from their choosing this series that it isn’t an empty boast. With a great cast (Michael Cudlitz, Benjamin McKenzie, Regina King, and Tom Everett Scott) and a compelling premise (a young cop being trained by a seasoned one on the tough city streets), it’s impossible not to be drawn into the action.
Southland airs Tuesdays at 10/9c on cable giant TNT, so remember to check-in throughout the season to show your love. We’re excited to launch our first partnership with TNT, and make sure you follow @GetGlue to Twitter to learn when you can earn stickers for watching your favorite shows.
