Now, when you share and see GetGlue links in Tweets, you can get an enhanced visual experience. When users click “expand” on a Tweet with a link to GetGlue, the shared content, such as a show description or movie information, is seen directly within the Tweet.
Fans can now get more information about the shows that GetGlue users are watching and talking about through bite-sized content within these Expanded Tweets.
With this launch, GetGlue joins a select group of Twitter-supported partners that include Foursquare, Amazon, CNN, SoundCloud and others.
Every day, during prime time television, fans tweet, check-in on GetGlue, and comment on Facebook as they follow along with their favorite shows. GetGlue is committed to enhancing the second screen experience by connecting fans to each other around the content they love.

The mid-season premiere of The Walking Dead returned last night with a bang! The zombie favorite came in at #1 on our weekly chart with over 220K in total activity including check-ins, comments, likes and more.
The Walking Dead not only dominated last night’s jam packed TV lineup, which included the Grammy awards and the return of ABC’s Once Upon a Time and Revenge; but it also beat out the 2012 mid-season finale (138K in total activity).
GetGlue users were engaging on the site by sharing their thoughts, replying to friends and posting content, all while watching the show live. At one point there were over 55K concurrent check-ins! Check out those likes and comments and go to The Walking Dead show page for additional content.
