Thanks to all of you for such thoughtful and constructive comments on our initial post about unlocking expired stickers. As some of you noted, we had in fact been experiencing inefficiencies because of people who were gaming the system. This is the reason why many of you were not receiving the stickers you earned via inviting friends to sign up.

We appreciate and value your suggestions and, with your support, we will get this right. Thanks for your patience as we reimagine this feature.

We will be changing how you earn credits to unlock expired stickers. These will no longer be earned by inviting friends to join the GetGlue community. Instead, we are brainstorming on more interactive ways to earn these credits. For this, we’d like your help.

Please let us know how you think these should be awarded via an email to support@getglue.com with “Suggestions for credit” in the subject line. Be sure to include your GetGlue username in the email.

Thank you for continuing to send us your clever GetGlue sticker photos! One of you emailed us pictures of your entire family dressed up as Si Robertson from ‘Duck Dynasty’. And with stickers on your homemade beards, no less!

To nurture your love of our stickers, we’ve compiled a list of your most common, sticker-related questions and concerns. If you have any questions not answered here, we’d love to hear them in the comments below.

  1. It’s been weeks and my order hasn’t arrived. Sticker delivery time varies and can take anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks, depending on your location. Should this timeframe be exceeded, please email support@getglue.com with your GG username and/or email associated with the account. Sending your order ID and date also helps us better identify the issue.
  2. I wrote my physical address incorrectly. What do I do? No worries! Please email support@getglue.com with your GG username and/or email associated with the account. Simply let us know when you ordered and we’ll cancel that specific batch. From there, you’re free to resubmit at any time.
  3. I clicked on “Mail Me My Stickers” and the link doesn’t work. How do I order my 20 stickers? Are you using http://o.getglue.com? That is likely the issue. Ordering can only be done via our new site, http://getglue.com. If you’re having any other problems ordering, please send your account information to support@getglue.com and we will investigate as soon as possible.
  4. My stickers arrived and they are damaged. Please email support@getglue.com with pictures of the stickers, including a photo where we can clearly see the number on the bottom left corner. Once reviewed, we’ll take immediate action.
  5. How do I order physical copies of my stickers? Once you’ve unlocked 20 stickers you can request to have your stickers mailed to you for free! Head over to your profile page (You > Profile or http://getglue.com/profile) and click on the Stickers tab to show your sticker list. Click the “Order Now” button and you will be prompted to choose 20 stickers from your sticker list. Once you’ve chosen 20, you can view your order. Finally, you can submit your address. Simply type in your address, submit it, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order ID number. We send 20 stickers at a time, and orders take about 4-8 weeks to arrive.
  6. How often can I order stickers? You can order your next set of stickers after 30 days have passed and you have unlocked 20 more stickers.
  7. Do I have to pay for my stickers? Nope. At this time, we send out physical copies of your stickers, in batches of 20, for free.
  8. Can I delete stickers from my account? There is no way to delete stickers from your account. Stickers represent your accomplishments on GetGlue — be proud!
  9. Can I get a batch of stickers reprinted or resent? At this time there is no way to get a batch of stickers reprinted.
  10. Can I track my sticker order? What should I do if I think my sticker order is lost? Currently with our Beta process, we include an order ID number in your confirmation email. If you have any questions regarding your order, please email support@getglue.com with this number and your GG username. Please keep in mind that sticker orders can take anywhere from 4-8 weeks to arrive.
  11. What should I do if a specific sticker has not unlocked for me? Some stickers are trickier to earn than others–in any scenario we don’t provide hints on how to unlock them. In some (rare) situations there are legitimate issues with unlocking stickers. In these situations the sticker will appear in your profile once we fix the glitch.
  12. How do I unlock past stickers? These will no longer be earned by inviting friends to join the GetGlue community. Instead, we are brainstorming on more interactive ways to earn these credits.
  13. Do you send stickers internationally? Yes, we ship stickers internationally. You can choose which 20 stickers you would like delivered and submit a request once every 30 days as long as you have earned an additional 20 stickers on GetGlue.The stickers take anywhere from 4-8 weeks to arrive depending on your location.
  14. Will stickers come faster now? We’re continuing to work on improving sticker delivery time. Please allow 4-8 weeks per sticker order.
