Bloggers can add a link to their book, movie, and music reviews within 2cent comments. These links are discoverable by Glue users when they visit popular sites around the web.
This means that a book blogger’s review can be directly accessed by Glue users visiting the book on Amazon, B&N, Powells, and dozens of popular book sites.
Bloggers should structure their 2cent comments to include a short, compelling summary of their review along with the link. This structure will drive more traffic to their site than simply leaving the link within the 2cent comment.
Glue-r http://getglue.com/users/birdbrainbb does a great job adding a concise summary of her review before she shares the link to her review on her blog.

Imagine walking into a Barnes and Noble and looking at Michael J. Fox’s new book, Always Looking Up. Suddenly, a few of your friends are standing next to you.
One friend from work says, “Hey, I just looked at that on Amazon!” They all echo seeing it at other book stores. Your buddy from college says, “His other book was really good. I’m really looking forward to reading this one.”
That’s exactly how Glue works: Glue brings your friends to you and what you’re looking at, so that you can share your interests, give and get recommendations, discover new things, and find out more — about the stuff you browse online and about what your friends like or are looking at.
And since Glue is so much better with friends on it, we’ve tried to make it easy for you to invite yours!
Here’s the how to: Visit Spread Glue to tell your friends about Glue via , Facebook, FriendFeed, or via email. And if you’ve got a blog, tell your friends about Glue by posting one of our four Glue badges in your sidebar… or just grab the one above!

As with any social network, your Glue display name and photo is one of the very first things that introduces you to other people online.
These can be automatically included in your Glue profile during setup (via Facebook Connect). But if you skipped that step to jump right into Glue, here’s how you can go back to personalize:
Start in your Profile. Click your username in Glue, the Glue Bar, or the Glue bookmarklet in your browser.
To add your photo: Click the default square image in your profile. The upload screen lets you browse a url or upload from your computer. You can then crop the image and save when you’re all done.
To add your display name: Click Edit at the top of your Profile, and then fill in the fields and save.

Personalizing your Glue Profile by adding your own photo and display name is a fun way for friends to see you on Glue. It’s also a perfect way for other Glue-rs to notice, remember, and follow you as they browse things that you’ve both liked and commented on across the web!

Glue lets you know what’s going on with your favorite things. For example, when you reply to someone’s 2cents, that person gets a green Glue For You alert on both their Glue Bar and within their Profile.
You’ll get the same green alerts whenever someone replies to you!
When the alert lights up on your Glue bar or Profile, just click it. Then click the Inbox link at the top to see all of your new (and recent) replies. From there, it’s easy for you to reply to their comment by clicking the View Conversation link:
