Now, when you share and see GetGlue links in Tweets, you can get an enhanced visual experience. When users click “expand” on a Tweet with a link to GetGlue, the shared content, such as a show description or movie information, is seen directly within the Tweet.
Fans can now get more information about the shows that GetGlue users are watching and talking about through bite-sized content within these Expanded Tweets.
With this launch, GetGlue joins a select group of Twitter-supported partners that include Foursquare, Amazon, CNN, SoundCloud and others.
Every day, during prime time television, fans tweet, check-in on GetGlue, and comment on Facebook as they follow along with their favorite shows. GetGlue is committed to enhancing the second screen experience by connecting fans to each other around the content they love.

GetGlue has built one of the largest social networks focused on TV and movies, with close to 4MM registered users. Our users engage heavily with our web and mobile applications by sharing what they are watching, engaging with each other’s comments, and interacting with content from the web and from our TV networks and movie studio partners.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about both entertainment and social networking to lead and manage our vibrant online community. The person should be a current GetGlue user, based on the West Coast and will be principally responsible for monitoring site activity during Primetime TV.
This is a critical role for us and there will be continuous growth opportunities for the right individual, including building and leading a community support staff as well as pioneering new content features for our site and with our TV network and movie studio relationships.

Today we announced a brand new iPhone app with exciting features, including a personalized guide to TV, movies and sports, as well as show feeds with fan comments, pictures, videos and recaps.
We’re also excited to announce a whole bunch of great new sticker features.
You will now be able to pick the 20 stickers that are sent to your house monthly. So, if you recently earned a sticker from your favorite TV show, you can get it in your next batch without having to wait.
We had technical and financial issues shipping stickers internationally, but are now very happy to announce that we can resume sending stickers to our fans in Brazil, Indonesia, UK, Netherlands, New Zealand, Greece, Poland, Russia – all over the world!
Missed that one sticker you really wanted? No worries, you can now unlock past stickers! Send invites from GetGlue to your friends on Facebook, Twitter or Email to earn credits towards unlocking past stickers. Whenever a friend signs up and then verifies their account by connecting it to Facebook or Twitter, you will earn 1 credit. You can use every credit to unlock one past sticker by checking-in from the sticker card. Try it now, invite a few friends!

To help with shipping accuracy, we now track all US orders using special tracking codes. You will be able to email GetGlue support with your order number to check on the status.

Chooooo-chooooo! All aboard the “A’” train! The Pretty Little Liars are back for an all new Halloween Special on Tuesday, October 23 at 8/7c. Can’t wait that long? With every 25,000 check-ins on GetGlue, ABC Family will release an exclusive image from the episode. It will be a crAzy episode since ABC Family released information that someone doesn’t come out alive! Keep checking-in to see the photos!

In addition, you’ll find a richer feed with the best content about your favorite shows. Don’t worry, we’ve kept your favorite features, including checking-in and unlocking great stickers!
With our new guide, we’ve re-imagined the way you decide what to watch. Find your favorite shows, movies, and sports on now, and get great recommendations based on your tastes and social graph. Scroll ahead in your guide to find upcoming new episodes, movie releases, and big events - such as season premieres and finales. Nothing on TV? Use our explore and search features to get movies in theaters and streaming suggestions.
On your main feed, you can still follow and comment on your friends’ activity. Now, you can also view feeds for your favorite shows, movies, and sports to see hot comments and media content. Join the conversation while you watch, and post great images, videos and links about the shows. For sports fans, check-in to the game you’re watching to root for your team, smack-talk opposing fans, and get in-game media and score updates.
