Having Issues Logging In?

We’ve just released the most recent update of our iPhone app and we want to make sure our users get the best experience possible! If you’ve updated the app and were logged out, but cannot remember your password, please request a temporary password. To do this tap log in on the welcome screen and then hit reset next to forgot password.


You should get an email with your temporary information. If you do not see this message in your inbox, be sure to check your spam folder. If you still cannot find your temporary password. Please email support@getglue.com with the e-mail address associated with your account and we will help you to log in.

If you had originally signed up with Facebook, you should be able to log in. However, if you have any issues with this log in, please email support with your device, OS version, and screenshots or a description of what you are seeing.
