After releasing our new website in September, we got right back to work and listened to you, our users, about what features and changes you’d like to see. Today, in time for the Social TV Summit in snowy New York City, we’ve released an update to the GetGlue experience.
We’ve put on a lighter skin across the site for a better experience and easier navigation. You can now quickly navigate between your recent check-in feeds, join multiple conversations while you channel surf, and enjoy brand new fresh profiles.
On your activity feed you can keep up with all your friends’ check-in’s and media from the top shows you’re watching. When a friend shares or likes media and comments from shows you like, you’ll see that in your feed. You’ll also get recommended shows and movies based on what your friends are checking-in to.
Keeping up with your favorite show on GetGlue? Jump between the hottest conversation on “Trending”, keep up with real-time conversation on “Live”, or get all the top articles, videos and images between episodes on “Media”.
Share your thoughts on a show or your favorite images and clips using the comment box at the top of the show feed. Browse media by clicking on an image, video or article, and use the arrows to view more.

We’ve fully upgraded profiles to help display your personal tastes and discover new favorites through others. On your profile activity feed, you’ll see your full history on GetGlue, including your recent top watched shows, all your check-ins, follows, likes and comments. By clicking the other tabs on your friends’ profiles, you can view their favorite shows, movies and sports, read their reviews, and see what stickers they’ve unlocked.

Tag Friends & Fans in Conversations
One of our favorite features in this update is the ability to tag a friend in a conversation. Mention your friends in check-ins, comments or reply directly to another person in a conversation thread by typing @ and their username.
Gurus and Fans
We’ve now highlighted our most active fans of a show in its object feed. If you’re a Guru, your comment is more likely to show up in the Trending section. Now you can easily identify other fans and chat with them and the Guru for their expert opinion during the show.
Order Your Stickers
You can now easily order your stickers by visiting Limited Stickers under the “You” drop down or “Stickers” on your profile. Click “Mail Me My Stickers” in the left sidebar.
